Vascular Care

One of the Best Vascular Labs in the Nation

Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network is proven to provide the highest quality of vascular care

Any health care facility can say it provides the highest quality of care. But at Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network (LVHHN), we prove it. How? We ask national healthcare organization that specialize in measuring quality care to hold us to the very highest levels of accountability. For example, LVHHN’s Institute for Vascular Medicine and Surgery is measured against other noninvasive vascular laboratories across the nation. Time and again, we’ve proven to be among the best.

For the last 10 years, the Institute’s credentials have been reviewed by the Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Vascular Laboratories (ICAVL), the most prestigious accrediting body in the nation. Accreditation must be renewed every three years and is only awarded to medical facilities with documented evidence of ongoing quality improvement. The Institute has continually received accreditation and is considered to be one of the best vascular laboratories in the nation.

For patient convenience, LVHHN has vascular laboratories at both LVH-Cedar Crest and LVH-Muhlenberg. For more information on the Institute’s physician team or for an appointment, call 610-402-CARE.
